Rafael had the pleasure of representing Do It Better Wellness at the Philadelphia Business Journal Healthiest Employers Kick Off during a Panel with other great CEOs from the industry. As your TRUE One Stop Shop, Do It Better Wellness is looking forward to making Philadelphia HEALTHIER with our interactive programs! What a fantastic team! During our first wellbeing sessions, Conrad O'Brien employees learn to add positivity in our daily routines, build resilience and communicate more effectively with our Meeting Happiness series. DIBW Sleep Better provided tips to get a good night's rest and, of course, Chair Massage was a great perk for muscle tension release and relaxation. While learning about avoiding mistakes, paying attention and train our memory easily with our interactive DIBW Better Brain session, we had the pleasure to work with team members in all departments of CP Yeatman and Sons employees. Their mushrooms are incredibly delicious and utmost quality. Can't wait to to make yummy soups, veggie hamburgers, creams and more. February 1, 2019 will hopefully mark a date of Innovation in Wellbeing for Philadelphia Country Club, the pivotal moment for growth and a legacy promoted by Chris Beaston and the Wellness Committee to all employees of the Organization.
Do It Better Wellness™ worked as your partner to initiate our Wellness Program 2019 (Wellness Reset) with a comprehensive Wellness Fair. Involved in a fun series of Stretching and Relaxation activities, Chair Massage, Tai Chi and Self Defense, as well as Aromatherapy to create a stress release environment with many different techniques, making it fun and enjoyable. From the bottom of our heart, the Do It Better Wellness Team appreciates Philadelphia Country Club for having us be part of a fantastic time with you. |
