Abington School District Super-Wellness Day

Did we say we love working with schools? This year alone, we have had the privilege to work with many High Schools, Colleges and Universities in the Philadelphia area.

The Abington School District had Do It Better Wellness to deliver a Super-Wellness and Professional Development Day with dozens of sessions, such as Do It Better Wellness Games, Tai Chi, Self Defense, Chair Yoga, Meditation, Sleep Better, Arts and Wellness and a lot more.
