Our dear Community College of Philadelphia, an Icon in the City, embraced wellbeing in a 360-degree viewpoint:

Fitness and Zumba to incorporate physical activity in our daily lives
Stretching and Relaxation and Chair Massage for Body Care
Meditation to Manage Stress
Eating Healthy Done Right with conversations and games
Tai Chi and Self Defense for Awareness and Balance
Aromatherapy for positivity and a healthy environment
