Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, joined with the Philadelphia Housing Corporation, now all together PHDC, enjoyed a fantastic day with a lot of sessions, such as Know Your Numbers and Healthy Cooking, Stretching and Relaxation, Chair Yoga, Meditation and an always favorite Chair Massage.
