Our friends at the Philadelphia Chapter enjoyed a Zumba session, to bring happiness, positivity, and embracing new fun ways of healthy lifestyles within their teams. In this day and age, with so much happening in the world, there is a group of people, which deserves attention: Women Veterans. The Women Veterans Center of Philadelphia is dedicated to bring all kinds of resources to those women who served. And we, at Do It Better Wellness, are most proud to serve them with a comprehensive Wellness Program. We started with Massage Therapy in September. Do you know that some of these women had never had a massage in their lives? Our hearts are filled with joy, solely thinking that a few minutes of relaxation and body care could bring so much happiness to people. October, we had a full class learning Self Defense. Our women veterans learned easy techniques to quickly oppose a threat, and escape from it; as well as having a blast with our instructor! To all those women who served our country: We are proud of being by your side. Welcome to the Do It Better Wellness Family! We are joyful to serve Fox Run Brands, and help them stay healthier!
