2019 will hopefully mark a year of Innovation in Wellbeing for Saint Joe’s University. Learning about muscle tension release with Chair Massage, as well as how to determine what propels us forward with positive energy, leaving behind conditions that may drain us (negative energy) and learning how to ‘joggle’ life events and priorities to manage our stress, we found fun ways to increase our Physical Energy, Handle our Emotions and Focus our Mind. There are many tools out there to keep learning about Mindfulness, get involved in fitness activities without equipment and incorporating healthy lifestyles in many different ways.
